Small Business Keynote Speaker Dan Janal Asks, “Do You Suffer from This Business Disease?”

Competition makes America great.

But a competitor can drive you nuts!

When I started my business back in 2001, I thought it was invincible. We had no competition. Other companies tried to copy us and failed. I was printing money and it felt great.

Then, we got blindsided. The recession came along and so did a competitor. They figured out how to compete and they did a good job.

Our business today is still strong, knock on wood. But we took our lumps. If you’re like most businesses, you have several competitors.

What I learned was that you can’t be complacent. You always have to look for the next big thing. Look for the next product or service your clients want. If you don’t, your business will die.

I’m always on the lookout for the next idea. In fact, I’m probably the only person who has created six businesses using six different business models that have generated six-figure incomes.

I help entrepreneurs create business strategies and overcome personal roadblocks that hold them back. In my keynote speeches at conferences and in my coaching sessions, I give entrepreneurs and small business owners a new, empowering way to look at their businesses and redefine what success means to them.

If you would like me to coach you or speak at your conference to show your group how to find the next big, successful idea, check out the information on my website and let’s talk!
